Grid Fest 2026 - Terms & Conditions

This Contest and Giveaway is being organised by "Grid App for Artists" (or referred to as “App” or “Us” in this agreement, developed by “trijyas.in”) in association with “Shreya5art” and “Maxa Enterprises” under the event name of “GridFest 2026". All the respective Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply in addition to this agreement for this Contest only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires, "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER

1. This Contest will be available via Instagram only, from 23rd Jan 2026 12:00:00 PM (IST) to 08th Feb 2026 11:59:59 AM (IST) only ("Contest Period").

2. To enter, you must, during the Contest Period:

  1. Like and Share the GridFest 2026 Live Announcement post to your Story on Instagram. Follow and tag our Instagram handle "@trijyas.in”
  2. Also, tag one person in the comment section of the GridFest 2026 Live Announcement post on Instagram
  3. Create an Instagram Reel featuring our app "App for Artists”, showing how it has helped you in creating artworks.
  4. The Reel theme can be promotional, entertainment, educational, inspirational, talk show or other themes you like which show our app "App for Artists” features and use.
  5. The App or its part must be showcased in the Reel.
  6. Use hashtags #GridAppForArtists & #GridFest2026 and tag our Instagram handle "@trijyas.in” in the Reel you created.
  7. Only one Reel will be accepted as entry from each Instagram handle and person. In case of multiple entries, only the best reel as judged by us will be considered as entry for participation..

Note: Only complete entries received during the Contest Period will be considered.

PRIZES AND WINNERS

Winners will be notified via Instagram post on our handle "@trijyas.in” and on our website page trijyas.in/gridfest2026/ on 15th Feb 2026.

Details of prizes:

  1. There will be a total of 12 Winners under 6 categories namely Golden Award (x1), Silver Award (x1), Bronze Award (x1), Merit Awards (x2), Special Mentions (x5) and Lucky Winners (x2)
  2. Prizes under each categories is mentioned on "GridFest 2026" Live Announcement post on Instagram handle "@trijyas.in”
  3. The prize art kit will be shipped inside 'Republic of India' via our shipping and delivery partner “Maxa Enterprises” and cannot be converted into other form like money etc. And for winners outside of 'Republic of India', will receive equivalent amount (upto $30 for Gold Award and lower value for other Awards) via 'Paypal Payments Account'
  4. If the prize cannot be delivered or the winner is unavailable, the prize will be forfeited.
  5. Every participants will receive 90-days of Premium version promo code of our app, "App for Artists”. The promo code must be redeemed via Google Play Store within 365 days of date of announcement.

Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

We collect and use the following participant information:

  1. Winners' names and Instagram handles, publicly displayed on our Instagram account and our website "trijyas.in"
  2. Name, email id, mobile number, and full address will be shared with our shipping partner "Maxa Enterprises" for prize delivery.
  3. Names, Instagram handles, and email IDs, stored for up to 2 years to deliver "App for Artists" promo codes and for future reference.
  4. Reels and related details for winner selection and promotional purposes (e.g., sharing on our Instagram), as consented to during contest entry.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

"Grid App for Artists" may, to the maximum extent permitted by law and at its sole discretion, modify these T&Cs, cancel the Contest, or suspend/terminate it at any time. This includes situations beyond our control that compromise administration, security, fairness, or entry submissions, such as:

  1. viruses, bugs, or unauthorized intervention;
  2. technical, software, or transmission issues; or
  3. force majeure events like floods, natural disasters, war, terrorism, political unrest, or acts of God.

Grid App for Artists or our associates bear no liability for delays or adverse effects resulting from these circumstances.

MISCELLANEOUS

All rights reserved. Requests for transfer, assignment, or redemption of benefits will not be entertained. Our decisions on the Contest are final and binding. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver or create claims. These terms are governed exclusively by us under Indian law, with disputes subject solely to Patna courts' jurisdiction.

LIABILITY RELEASE

This Contest is conducted on a "best efforts" basis, and participation is entirely voluntary. By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Trijyas.in, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from all liability for personal injuries (including death), property damage or loss, or misuse of prizes/benefits arising directly or indirectly from contest participation, acceptance, possession, or use—even if caused by negligence.
